Alameda, meaning a boulevard lined by trees, is a popular bar and restaurant in Brooklyn serving new American cuisine with Spanish and French influences. The interior was exquisitely designed by Brooklyn-based design studio, Home Studios, but after 7 years in business, the logo and branding needed a modern and thoughtful update. In doing so, I sought to connect elements of the interior to the branding by carrying through an art-deco aesthetic.
